CoLiCu, a performance and research-based project delving into the materiality, reactivity, and contemporary presence of three coveted elements of the periodic table: Cobalt, Lithium and Copper.
About the artists: We are YAK (Antti, Mar, Ryan), a new, interdisciplinary, Netherlands-based trio formed around a shared passion for performance making from the interplay of sound, movement, text, light, and objects. YAK is defined by an interdisciplinary, playful, intimate, sharp and experimental approach to performance creation.
Antti, Mar, Ryan have been working on CoLiCu for one week at Aubergine, this residency sharing is the performative outcome of that week. We warmly invite you to be in the studio with us, where we will share what we’ve been working on, and to share feedback, thoughts, feelings, desires...
