One of the key techniques Magdalena Górnikiewicz would like to develop through improvisation and movement imagination is
Invisible Chaos Practice (ICP). This method is based on expanding body and spatial awareness by exploring
how and what we perceive both as tangible and intangible. Through the automatic drawing, which is one of the core methods in ICP, she works on recording sensory experiences from the body and the space in the form of shapes, expressive figures, and abstract lines. Magdalena Górnikiewicz wants to examine the journey an original emotion or feeling takes—starting from its growth in the body and mind, transferring it onto paper, and then reintroducing it into the body and mind.
