FORMA/R/TS #3

FORMA/R/TSis a series of projects consisting of events lasting several days. Art projects from various genres will be shown, which are linked to one another by means of a thematic thread.

Concerts, exhibitions, performances for a diverse audience should make encounters possible in one place and at the same time show the diversity of the place, the artists and the guests and contribute to the cultural and social life at the location. The events are curated by Damian Cortés Alberti, artist with connections to international scenes in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Croatia, South Korea and Austria.

Dancing with the timelessness of a place that constantly opposes the different characters. Breaking with routines is mirrored in the resistance of intention and expectation, while the day passes and the street takes its course. An interplay between appropriation and nonchalance.

Besides Veronika's solo 'Naïvnist', the artist will be sharing insights to her residency project W'ART as well as a short film trailer 'No Home' by director Olga Petrova.

" A young dancer flees Ukraine when war breaks out. In a new country she searches for inner freedom and continues her passion for dance. The film shows her escape, her new beginning and her personal and creative development in a time of chaos and crisis. It also looks at the background of the conflict in Ukraine and how it affects the young dancer. Ultimately, it's about overcoming challenges and finding inner freedom and fulfillment."
