RedSapata Kulturinitiative / Sonnenstein Loft is looking for 5 ARTISTIC JURY members for the years 2024-2025. (New selection will be made for the years 2026-2027.)
The jury members will be in charge of the selection of the resident artists as well as the artistic proposals for curational programm (of the association RedSapata). Curated program will take place alongside external events at the Sonnenstein Loft. The jury members will be also invited to suggest new artistic programm - the implementation of the new artistic programm can be done with a separate agreement with the Vorstand of RedSapata association.
The position is a non-profit duty. There will be a compensation of 30€/meeting (Sitzungsgeld) per member.
The jury members are encouraged to hold monthly meetings; the jury will be self-organized, with the lead of the head of the jury (selected within the jury) and with the support of 1 Vorstandsmitglied from the association.
The jury members will have the access to curated class program as well as curated events of the Sonnenstein Loft free of charge. The jury will also be supported by co-working space at the Sonnenstein Loft, for the time of their jury position.
Profile:
The artistic jury call out is focused on the field of dance.
Exceptions are made on multidisciplinary artists including the body as a medium. Profound knowledge of the international dance sector is an advantage.
